    Like a true luxury experience. The room was spacious with great amenities, but the bathroom could use some updates. It was a good getaway. I appreciated the spa services, which exceeded my expectations and helped me relax.

    Nice quiet area, amazing and lovely location, next to stylish nature of the layout, and the mall attached. Spacious beds, a mini bar, an iron, and an electronic key card in the room. Astonishing breakfasts for value.

    The daily service was good! The rooms were great-sized and brand-new with magnificent views especially at sunrise. The staff was very very helpful and top-class all day long. The accommodation had a very central location close to the main department stores.

    We had a spacious one-bedroom residence with a city view. The room was equipped with a kitchen, tv, minibar, and complimentary snacks and drinks in the executive lounge all day. The hotel is near a mall, train station, and plenty of restaurants. It was super convenient for exploring the city!

    We visited Kyoto's serene temples and shopped at Kobe's premium outlets. The hotel had a spacious room with fine views and a comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast had excellent choices. Perfect for a group of friends!
